About The Retreats
If my mission as a guide in this world is to help you fall in love with yourself, our retreats are the honeymoon in paradise, where that love is both deepened and celebrated.
The immersive experience of a retreat is the ideal context to use multiple modalities for a deep exploration of your authentic self and the home you make within.
In collaboration with special guests from different fields and perspectives, I offer yoga, breathwork, and light tantra practices to create a magical container for your journey.
We’ll go deep and feel light as we share vulnerability and joy. We’ll integrate our shadows and fears: all of you is welcome here.
I love working with local shamans and medicine people, building a bridge to the ancestral deeper culture of the place that we are in to learn from one another and really connect to the land and its medicine in a deeper way.

We will start our day with an optional light breakfast, meditation, and yoga.
Then we will have a big brunch of local organic food and break to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Beach time, connecting or also retreating to be by yourself. Retreat venues are carefully chosen to offer both a meeting spot for the group to connect and ample space for you to spend quality time connecting to yourself and to nature.
In the late afternoon we usually go into a deeper two-hour session, which could be breathwork, a ritual, or a workshop. Snacks are always available.
In the evening we’ll share a nourishing dinner. Afterwards, every second day there will be an integrative experience like Yin Yoga, Kirtan, or a fire ritual.
Every retreat will feature at least one excursion to a waterfall or some other stunning local site.
